Know Her? Police Seek Westchester Woman Wanted For Grand Larceny

A day after the U.S. Marshals helped police in Yonkers apprehend a longtime wanted man, an alert was issued for a woman wanted by the department for grand larceny.

The Yonkers Police Department Warrant Squad issued an alert this week for 21-year-old Ambar Guevara, who was last spotted in the area of Morris Street and is wanted on a charge of fourth-degree grand larceny.

Police described Guevara as a 5-foot-5 Hispanic female weighing approximately 180 pounds with brown eyes and light brown hair. She has a tattoo on her neck and police said she has a medium build.

Anyone with information regarding Guevara’s whereabouts has been asked to contact investigators at the Yonkers Police Department Warrant Squad by calling (914) 377-7253.
